West Canadian launches WebConnect on ImageSilo^®

December 7, 2004—When West Canadian, a full service imaging and printing center based out of Calgary, Alberta Canada, decided to enter the world of electronic document and content management online, they were concerned with protecting their well-recognized brand name. The West Canadian name is known for exceptional service and quality in their home market, and they would not compromise that standard when introducing a new product line.

West Canadian quickly realized the benefits of including ImageSilo in their product line, and expressed interest in re-branding the solution with a name and symbol that would be familiar to their existing markets. In addition, West Canadian wanted to demonstrate to their employees and sales team the level of commitment they had to ImageSilo and their partnership with Digitech Systems. Re-branding the service immediately identifies ImageSilo as a member of the West Canadian family of products and creates tremendous internal motivation and excitement with key personnel to make this new business offering successful.
