Digitech Systems Customers ROI Featured by Info360
ImageSilo® users at R.C. Bigelow and The Stanley Works to Speak on Strategic ECM Implementations that Dramatically Elevate Efficiency and Cut Opportunity Costs
Greenwood Village, CO – April 6, 2010 - Digitech Systems is pleased to announce that users of their SaaS ECM service, ImageSilo, have been invited to speak at Info360, the AIIM Expo and Conference April 22, 2010.
Melanie McElroy, Director of Finance at the R.C. Bigelow Company (makers of Bigelow Tea), along with Noreen Clough, Accounting Manager, will detail why, after the Finance department began using ImageSilo in 2002, it has spread throughout the entire organization with little to no involvement needed by IT. Ernie Huber, Director of IT at The Stanley Works (makers of Stanley Tools), will also discuss how to successfully grow ECM from a single department to enterprise-wide use.
R.C. Bigelow implemented ImageSilo in 2002 to help manage financial documents. Since that time, ImageSilo use has grown to all major corporate departments including Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Human Resources, Payroll and the Tea Division. In 2007, independent analysts at Nucleus Research measured the project payback at two months and the ROI at 813% for their ImageSilo project. McElroy and Clough will be co-speaking with Rich Pigott, Sales Account Manager from SOURCECORPTM BPS-Boston, the Digitech Systems reseller who assisted with this ImageSilo implementation.
The Stanley Works implemented ImageSilo in 2008 to help their Finance department “go paperless” by maintaining tax-exempt certificates for repeat customers. Since that time, system use has grown to eleven major departments, and approximately 420 Stanley employees have secure access to more than 1.2 million images on ImageSilo. The Stanley Works is saving money, improving employee productivity, and enhancing customer service across the enterprise by converting outdated paper records into efficient electronic documents with automated routing through business processes. Huber will be co-speaking with Bob Zagami, General Manager of DataBank, the Digitech Systems reseller who assisted with the implementation.
As a provider of ECM solutions, Digitech Systems is an expert in capturing, securing, and managing large amounts of data either on premise for PaperVision® Enterprise customers or online for users of the SaaS ECM service, ImageSilo. “We’re proud of R.C. Bigelow and The Stanley Works for receiving this prestigious opportunity to speak. The AIIM Conference is the largest tradeshow in our industry, so this represents a wonderful venue for them to highlight to their ECM success and perhaps help others envision similar success,” said HK Bain, CEO of Digitech Systems. “We’re also very pleased to see the capabilities and financial payback of these ImageSilo implementations highlighted.
